Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you”, “Customer”) and EARNUNI LTD, the operator of Leadvect (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The Service

Leadvect helps businesses find other businesses and contact them with relevant offers. It provides a directory of business places compiled from open data, research of a business’s public website and public company registers, AI-drafted outreach emails, sending of those emails from a mailbox you connect, and deliverability tools (address verification, list cleaning, spam checks and an optional warmup network). Features, limits and plans may change over time.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and are responsible for all activity under your account and by the team members you invite. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Service is for business use only: by using it you confirm you act for purposes relating to your trade, business or profession.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

4. Your data and our role as processor

You keep all rights to the data you upload, create or connect — lists, campaigns, email drafts and the replies your mailbox receives (“Customer Data”). You give us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data only to provide the Service to you.

Where Customer Data includes personal data, you are the controller and EARNUNI LTD is your processor. These Terms are our data processing agreement. We will: process personal data only on your documented instructions (these Terms and your use of the Service) unless the law requires otherwise; ensure people authorised to process it are bound by confidentiality; keep appropriate technical and organisational security measures; use only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy and tell you before adding one; help you respond to data-subject requests and meet your security and breach-notification obligations; tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach affecting Customer Data; delete Customer Data when your account ends unless the law requires us to keep it; and make available the information reasonably needed to show compliance.

5. Business data provided by Leadvect

The business directory is compiled from open datasets (OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps, Foursquare Open Source Places, the French SIRENE register, Wikidata) and from information businesses publish on their own websites. It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong — check anything important before relying on it.

Some of it is personal data, for example a named decision maker or an email address published on a company’s website. When you use that information to contact someone, you decide to do so and you are the controller of that use. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (for business-to-business outreach this is usually legitimate interests), for telling people who you are and where you got their details, and for honouring objections.

6. Outreach rules

Leadvect is built for a small number of relevant, researched messages — not bulk email. When you send through Leadvect you agree to:

We may pause sending, lower your sending limits or suspend your account if bounce or complaint rates show a risk to recipients, to your mailbox’s reputation or to the Service.

7. Connected mailboxes

When you connect a mailbox — a Google or Microsoft account, or any mailbox with its SMTP/IMAP settings and password or app password — you authorise Leadvect to send the emails you approve from it, to file copies in its Sent folder, and to read incoming messages only to detect replies and bounces to your campaigns, so follow-ups stop. You confirm you are allowed to use that mailbox this way. You can disconnect at any time from Campaigns (and revoke the access or app password at your provider). Your use of those providers is also governed by their terms, including any sending limits.

Warmup network. If you switch on warmup for a mailbox, it sends and receives short, automatically written messages with other Leadvect customers’ mailboxes on a gradual daily schedule. Leadvect finds those messages in your mailbox, moves any that landed in spam to the inbox, marks them read, may reply to some, and files them in a “Warmup” folder. Warmup messages never contain Customer Data. You can switch warmup off at any time; you confirm your mailbox provider’s terms allow this use.

Placement tests. When you run an inbox placement test, Leadvect sends the first email of your campaign — rendered for a sample lead — to a few mailboxes in the warmup network at different providers, records whether each copy reached the inbox or spam, then deletes the copy from that mailbox. By keeping warmup on, you agree that such test copies may briefly reach your mailbox and be deleted by Leadvect.

Bounce memory. To protect every customer’s sending reputation, when an address hard-bounces for one customer Leadvect remembers a one-way hash of it and stops all customers sending to it.

8. AI-generated content

Leadvect uses AI models — run by Cloudflare and by the third-party AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy — to research businesses and draft emails. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing what you send and for any decision you make based on the Service. Output is not legal, financial or professional advice.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; try to breach security, probe, overload or disrupt it; scrape it or extract the business directory in bulk beyond your plan; reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service except through the agency features your plan includes; or upload malware or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or create a security or legal risk.

10. Ownership and open-data licences

The Service, its software and design (excluding Customer Data) belong to EARNUNI LTD and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms. Open data in the directory stays under its own licence: OpenStreetMap © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), Overture Maps Foundation (CDLA-Permissive-2.0 and ODbL, per dataset), Foursquare OS Places (Apache 2.0), SIRENE © INSEE (Licence Ouverte), Wikidata (CC0). We may use aggregated, de-identified data to run and improve the Service.

11. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data will be accurate, or that emails will be delivered or answered.

To the maximum extent the law allows, EARNUNI LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will indemnify EARNUNI LTD against claims, damages and costs arising from your Customer Data, the emails you send, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Ending your account

You may stop using the Service at any time; cancel your subscription from your Account page and contact us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or where the law requires. When your account ends, your right to use the Service stops and Customer Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will tell you in advance (for example by email or in the app); continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law says otherwise.
